Our high quality brooder cages ensure safe and sanitary breeding conditions for your chicks. The infinitely adjustable thermostat allows regulating various temperature settings, therefore suitable for all poultry breeds. The boxes are equipped with easy removable drop pans made from lightweight aluminium covered with wire allowing droppings to pass through. An integrated hotplate regulated by a thermostat assures a constant temperature in the interior of the box, inured to outside temperature fluctuations. An acrylic glass pane and a frame furnished with a fine wire mesh are fitted to the front panel of our brooding cages. For fresh air just simply slide open the glass door. The wire mesh frame ensures that no chicks can escape. For easy access to the interior of the brooder the wire frame can be slid open as well. The whole front panel can be opened and removed from the brooding box. This ensures hygienically and easy cleaning. The Heka brooder cages are available in six different sizes. Brooders of the same size are stackable. When stacking brooder cages A,B and C, you can use the lowest one for the one-day chicks, and when the next hatchlings arrive, just simply move the other ones down into the middle brooder, and so on.
